– Scout and Identify potential investors with property needs.
– Contact potential clients through call, Emails and others, to offer them the available property.
– Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients to rent the available properties.
– Monitor the property market for new and old properties up for lease.
– Build and establish good working relationship with prospective clients.
– Expand personal network.
– Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.
– Bachelor degree in marketing & management or another related field
– Good communication and negotiation
– Native Khmer speaker, fluent in English & Chinese
– Strong commitment in achieving sales target and action plan
– Self-Motivated, strong in team work, honest and be able to work under pressure.
