December 2017 saw the board of directors of King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management appoint Mr. Ban Vibol as their new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ban Vibol, speaking for the first time as the new CEO of King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management, told B2B Cambodia “I am very excited to assume this new position. I believe King’s Road Angkor is well positioned to become a leader in property management in Cambodia as we have developed the first night market in the whole country, a Dining and Shopping Village, and the first boutique office & residential complex in Siem Reap.”
Having worked with well-known companies, both local and international, Mr. Vibol will bring a new style of a dynamic leadership to King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management, with a clear mission and vision for the future. He has already re-organized the Chief Officers in all departments, which resulted in a harmonious, productive and systematic working environment.
Mr. Ban Vibol also created the Business & Commercial department, thus offering more products and services, such as commercial spaces for medium level entrepreneurs, and the soon to be offered co-working spaces and virtual offices. The Business & Commercial department was also successful in leasing out all office and residential units in a span of one year, since the completion of the project back in 2017.
