During that time, tourists were looking for other options for shopping during evening, but they were not many to be found. Thanks to the initiative of King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management, Siem Reap’s Night scenery became more active than ever. And has given an opportunity to improve the local economy and created additional jobs for the residents.
After the successful launch of their first development in 2013, they ventured into a dining and shopping complex with an area of 7,000 square meters, where all the outlets are accommodated in individually designed Khmer traditional wooden houses to simulate a typical Cambodian village ambience, something which has gathered rave reviews from the leading travel agencies and from the local and international guests. There you can find well renowned international franchise’s such as Hard Rock Café Angkor (the first Hard Rock Café in Cambodia), Havaianas, and other popular Khmer restaurants and boutique shops. It is also the home of Made in Cambodia Market.
Their latest development was completed in 2017, which is the Boutique Office & Residential Complex, again the first of its kind in Siem Reap, with 17 office units and nine residential units, all of which are already occupied.
